Fourteen nights beside last year
Nightly Ledger Review
Fourteen consecutive nights set beside the same fortnight a year earlier, so you can tell a one-off thin week from a pattern that is already in the books.

A short reading of a recent fortnight
Hotels ask for the ledger review when a week felt wrong and the month has not closed yet. Fourteen nights is long enough to see a run of empty Tuesdays, and short enough to finish in a working week.
The chart places this year directly against last year for the same dates. The note talks through arrivals, stayovers, departures, no-shows, and walk-ins in plain hotel language. It is a reading of what the ledger already recorded.
When a fortnight is the wrong size
A festival week, a renovation, or a single large group can dominate fourteen nights. The note will say when the fortnight is too unusual to stand for the season. In that case the useful next commission is the ninety-night brief, which lets one group fall back into a longer line.
The fee is 18,000 THB, paid with the handover of the pages. There is no deposit, because the work is short.
What is included
- A chart of fourteen nights against the same dates last year
- A three-page note on arrivals, stayovers, departures, no-shows, and walk-ins
- A remark on out-of-order rooms if they changed the count
What stays with the hotel
- A full season is the Occupancy Season Brief, not this review
- Group contracts are glanced at only when they fall inside the fourteen nights
- No visit is included; ask for the season brief if you want a table briefing
How the work proceeds
- Name the fortnightYou choose fourteen consecutive nights that have already closed, and confirm the same nights exist in last year's ledger.
- Send the pagesNight-audit pages for both fortnights come to Bang Khen. We do not need the whole year.
- The note returnsWithin five working days you receive the chart and the three-page note by email, with a paper copy if you ask for one.
What to send before drafting
- Night-audit pages for the fourteen nights
- The same fourteen nights from the previous year
- A one-line note on any unusual closure, flood, or renovation night
If last year's fortnight is missing, we will say so and stop, rather than invent a comparison. The fee assumes the pages are already closed nights, not a forecast.
