Privacy note

This note explains how Sense Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd. handles personal data when you write, telephone, or visit. It is written for the website senseripple.click and for the inquiries and engagements that follow. The readable date is 20 September 2026. Cookie details sit on the cookie page.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Sense Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd., 16/3 Phahonyothin Road, Anusawari, Bang Khen, Bangkok 10220, Thailand. Email hello@senseripple.click. Telephone (02-521-6745). Established 2014.

What we collect

From the inquiry form and from letters we collect your name, email address, hotel name, city, the reading you ask about, a preferred date, and the message you write. If an engagement proceeds we also keep the night books you send, the names of people who attend a briefing, invoices, and correspondence about corrections.

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website. We do not ask for guest lists, passport details, or staff identification numbers. If a night-audit page you send happens to contain a guest name, we use it only to understand the night and we do not build a separate guest file.

The site records your cookie choice in this browser, as described on the cookie page. Server logs of the host that delivers the site may briefly hold an IP address and the page requested. We use those logs to keep the site available, not to build a profile.

Why we use it

We use inquiry details to reply, to judge whether the books can support a reading, and to arrange a briefing. We use engagement records to draft the charts, to invoice, and to keep a file copy so a later season can follow the same counting rules. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping an accurate file of work already done. Where Thai law requires consent, we ask for it separately and you may withdraw it.

How long we keep it

Unanswered or declined inquiries are kept for twenty-four months and then deleted or reduced to a one-line note that we spoke. Engagement files, including the books you supplied and the reading we delivered, are kept for seven years because a later brief often depends on last year's counting rules and because Thai accounting practice expects invoice records to remain. Cookie choice remains in your browser until you clear it; the consent cookie lasts one hundred and eighty days.

Your rights

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask for a correction, ask us to delete inquiry correspondence that we no longer need, and object to a use that rests on legitimate interest. You may ask for a copy of the correspondence that identifies you. Night books that belong to the hotel are returned or destroyed at the end of the retention period according to the hotel's instruction.

To use these rights, write to hello@senseripple.click with the hotel name and the season, so we find the right file. We reply within thirty days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand if you believe a request was handled poorly.

International transfers

The chart room is in Bangkok and the ordinary file stays in Thailand. Email and the host that serves this website may pass messages through servers outside Thailand, including when you write from abroad or when a typeface file is requested from Google's font servers. Where a transfer needs a safeguard under Thai personal-data law, we use providers that offer contractual protection and we limit what they receive to the message or the page request itself.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it with a courier when you ask for books or charts to be delivered, with our accountant for invoices, and with a comparable hotel during a pre-opening study only to the extent you asked us to make an introduction. Staff of Sense Ripple Analytics who draft and brief see the file. They are bound to keep it within the engagement.
