Cancellations and refunds

These rules apply to occupancy readings commissioned from Sense Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd. They match the way the work is actually done: a deposit, a period of drafting from your night books, a printed chart set, and a briefing. Readable date: 20 September 2026. Eligibility and timeframe

You may cancel an engagement in writing. If the written notice arrives at least fourteen days before drafting is due to start, and we have not yet begun the sheets, the deposit is refunded in full. The ledger review has no deposit; if you cancel before we have started the fortnight, any fee already paid is refunded in full.

Once drafting has started

If the chart room has already begun drawing, the deposit is retained and any unspent remainder of the fee is returned. Unspent means the portion of the fee that belongs to the briefing and the bound set when those have not yet been delivered. A pre-opening study that stops because comparable houses will not share their books is treated as described on the study itself: the second half is not invoiced, and the first half covers the walk and the approaches already made.

After the briefing

When the briefing has been held and the chart set has been handed over, the fee for that engagement is kept. A later disagreement about a rate decision is outside the refund, because the rate was always yours to set. If we delivered a material error against the books you supplied — a wrong fortnight, a block omitted that was in the pages — we correct the sheets at no further fee. A correction is not a refund.

Rescheduling, no-shows, and the deposit

You may move a confirmed briefing once, without a fee, if you tell us at least seven days ahead. A second move, or a move inside seven days, is charged as a travel day of 6,500 THB when we were coming to you, or held to the original day when you were coming to Bang Khen. If you do not attend and do not send word, the briefing portion is retained and the charts are sent by courier. The deposit, where one was taken, is thirty percent of the season brief or the mix reading, and half of a quoted pre-opening study.

Materials

A chart set already printed for a briefing that you later cancel is not refunded. The paper and binding for the included copies sit inside the fee. Extra copies you ordered at 900 THB each are refundable only before they are bound. Night books you sent are returned on request; we do not charge a fee to give them back.

How a refund is made

Write to hello@senseripple.click with the hotel name, the season, and the invoice number. We confirm the amount within five working days. Approved refunds are paid to the same bank account that paid the invoice, within fourteen working days of that confirmation. We do not send a refund to a different account unless the paying hotel confirms it in writing on its letterhead.

Exceptions

If we cancel because of illness or a closure of the chart room, you may take a full refund of sums paid for work not yet delivered, or keep the date and move it. A change in your opening month that forces a pre-opening study to be redrawn is quoted again; sums paid for the walk already done are retained. These rules cover readings and briefings. They are the whole of the refund practice.
