Why the mix is drawn separately
A full Saturday can be a group that was always going to come, while the washed rooms from that same block sat unsold on Sunday because they returned to the house too late. The monthly occupancy figure adds those nights together and the story disappears.
This reading lays the allotment, the pickup, the wash, and the transient rooms — walk-ins included — on the same nights. It is the sheet reservations managers ask for before they initial a similar block next year.
Fee and limits
The fee is 42,000 THB for one property and one closed month. Extra blocks do not raise the fee if they fall inside that month. A second month is a second commission.
Bangkok calls are included. If you would rather sit with the charts, add a briefing hour in Bang Khen; the season-brief travel day applies only if we come to a hotel outside Bangkok.

How the work proceeds
- Choose the monthPick a closed month in which at least one group block was on the books. Tell us the release date you actually used, which is often earlier or later than the contract.
- Contracts and the rackSend the group contracts, the pickup reports if you keep them, and the night-audit pages. Walk-in marks matter; please do not tidy them away.
- The mix on paperYou receive the chart, the wash table, and a note of about six pages. The optional hour is scheduled after you have read it.
What to send before drafting
- Group contracts that overlapped the month, including the contracted release
- The release you actually gave the block, if it differed
- Night-audit pages that distinguish group, transient, and walk-in
- A list of complimentary group rooms, if the block included them
The reading needs a month that has already closed. A month with no group block is better served by the ledger review or the season brief. We read the mix; we do not attend your sales calls.
